Three days of community and stakeholder information meetings were held in Broken Hill July 16-18, 2009 to provide information and receive comments about National Heritage Listing.
The most frequently asked questions was whether National Heritage listing would affect local properties - homes and businesses. The two earlier fact sheets are still available: Fact Sheet 1 gives an overview on the National Heritage Listing process and Fact Sheet 2 explains how the listing may affect you and the city and how you can comment.

Everyone is encouraged to offer their comments on the inclusion of the City of Broken Hill on the National Heritage List. You can use the on-line form or print and complete a comment form. Or you can collect a form from the Broken Hill City Council Administrative Office at 240 Blende Street, Broken Hill.
