National Sister Cities Day is held annually and is a time to celebrate how sister cities, both domestic and international, enrich our community. Broken Hill City Council maintains a special relationship with two sister cities, Suita, Japan and Bankstown, NSW. These relationships have been formed to enhance relationships in the fields of sports, education, culture and arts.
